1. Our Products
Many of our items are handmade in small batches, which means that no two pieces are identical. Slight variations in color, scent, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature — not defects.
From time to time, we may offer curated or sourced items that are not handmade by us. These will be clearly identified in their descriptions. We do our best to ensure that product photos and descriptions are accurate, but actual colors or details may differ slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We will inform any changes in Prices, shipping fees, and promotions from our social media platforms or other methods found suitable. Payment is processed securely via Fiuu, which supports DuitNow QR, debit/credit cards, and selected e-wallets. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, available on our store.
3. Order Processing and Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled within the time frame stated on each product listing. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order or issue a refund/store credit in the event of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraudulent activity, or other valid reasons.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Malaysia unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Saive Studio is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the courier.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy for detailed guidance. Because our items are made or packed to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, or solely due to minor aesthetic variations inherent to handmade goods.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with a clear photo description of the damages or incorrect item, and we will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.
6. Product Use and Safety
Our products are for their intended purposes only. Please follow standard safety guidelines stated either on a separate guide sheet or affixed to the product itself. Saive Studio will not be liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or allergic reactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, images, and brand materials belong to Saive Handmade Enterprise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission from the owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saive Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, except as required by Malaysian law.
9. Third-Party Services
Payments and checkouts are processed through Fiuu or other approved payment gateway provider, which maintains its own terms and privacy policy. Saive Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
